Hi, I’m Sue Parker-Smith. I started Ecotraveller to share my passion for conservation, and to encourage travellers to stop and consider the environments they are travelling through – to tread lightly and leave no footprints, and to support businesses that are trying to be sustainable and to support conservation efforts. I support community based sustainable tourism practices. I want to use my love of writing, photography and adventure to tell the important stories and celebrate the good work being done in the ecotourism sector. I love exploring wild places and experiencing nature, whether it’s through hiking, free diving, mountain biking, or doing yoga, and meeting interesting people on my travels.
